Chapter 3: Documentation at the ready

After we have received the signed offer letter from you we will instruct our surveyors to carry out a valuation of the security property and our solicitors will be instructed to carry out the legal due diligence. (It is during this period that we will request any further documentation from you, should it be necessary).

Once all of the above has been satisfactorily completed the funds will be released to you.
